Use this section to identify their pain point(s) and empathize with them. Get to the heart of your ideal customer’s struggle and describe it vividly so they say, ‘YES! That is SO me!”
What you might include in this section:
1) A brief story that helps you relate to their pain point(s)
2) Some “does this sound like you?” statements that poke at their pain points
3) “Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to…?”
You don’t want to use TOO much text in this section, but if you do, consider doing some light formatting (just like you see here) – where you appropriately use bold and/or italicized font, and where you have plenty of spacing between paragraphs. Don’t use more than 3-4 lines of text without a space.
You can also do formatting by using bullet points like this:
Depending on how much text you include in this section, you may also want to consider using lifestyle images, graphs, charts, or another element to help break up the text & also to visually communicate with them.
(Do NOT focus on features for the sake of features; instead, focus on them for the sake of what your customer will be able to accomplish BECAUSE of the features of your fabulous product. As you list these out, make sure you think about WHY your customer would want to know this is part of what they’re buying and what’s in it for them.)
X feature of your product and why it matters to them that it’s included
X feature of your product so that you can… (end result for them).
The confidence they need to finally accomplish X because of what your product can do to help them
The mindset they’ve been wanting and just haven’t been able to get until now!
Use this section to paint the “after” picture of what their life will look like once they’ve used your product. Make sure this section IS REALISTIC and something they can easily picture for themselves.
What you might include in this section:
1) How they’re going to save time, money, energy, etc.
2) How they’re going to feel: more confident, more rested, more organized, more joyful, etc.
3) What they’re going to be able to accomplish now that they haven’t been able to accomplish before
4) The after story they can expect after using your product.
Also, if you have a video INTRODUCTION to your product or a GIF (i.e. a QUICK, high level overview, NOT a video with a bunch of details), this would be a good place to put it.
MAKE SURE to have a CTA to watch the video. Something like, “Check out why you’ll love [name of your product]!” or “See how you’ll [overcome their pain point] with this amazing system/guide/planner/etc!”
OR you can use a stock photo to emphasize that beautiful after picture for your customers.

This is a completely optional section, but if you have a video walk-through or more in-depth look into your product, this is a good place to put it.
Have a CTA to get them to watch the video. Ex: “You’ll love all the gorgeous pages in this planner! Take a look at how easy it is to customize to your homeschooling needs:”
Then, give them a quick reminder of how your product will help them solve their pain points.
Sticking with the same planner example above, you might use the bullet points to say:
Unless your bio is SUPER short (i.e. a sentence or two long), make sure to remember to use formatting. Formatting makes reading things much easier, and thus, they’re going to be more likely to read it! No need to get carried away with formatting, but bold and/or italicize words or statements when appropriate.
And, make sure to use very regular sentence breaks/spaces between statements. Don’t use more than 3-4 lines of text without a break.
With this step-by-step system, you’ll achieve your goals in no time!
